At EveryonesIT, we believe that customer loyalty is earned through exceptional service. We know that your commitment to us will be gained through your satisfaction with the quality of our work.

What You Can Expect

  • The same expert is always assigned to you if possible so that you don't pay for someone to re-learn your system.
  • Plain English communication before, during and after each visit.
  • Detailed documentation of work performed and recommendations are provided at the conclusion of each visit with your invoice.
  • Timely response to emergencies available 24/7 at the standard rates.
  • Service Agreements are not required to retain our services. They are, however, available as part of our proactive approach to maintaining and improving your technology.

Rates

Commercial Onsite/Pickup................$130 per hour
Commercial w/ 2 hour/month agreement....$110 per hour
Commercial w/ 5 hour/month agreement....$90 per hour


Home Office Onsite/Pickup...............$110 per hour
Home Office Remote Support..............$90 per hour


Residential - Commercial Referred.......$80 per hour
Residential Onsite/Pickup...............$90 per hour
Residential Remote Support..............$70 per hour


Standard Policies

1) Billable Time: Each of our Experts has been individually qualified to meet or exceed EveryonesIT’s high level of exacting standards. Given the vast resources available to our Experts, there is a high probability of quick and efficient resolution of your issue(s); however, some issues can be very complex, thus, making an accurate estimation of time difficult or impossible. If a difficult issue arises, we will seek your approval for additional time prior to continuing work.

2) Payment: Is generally due upon completion of work. In the special case where billing terms have been granted, full payment is expected within 30 days of completion of work. Delinquent accounts are subject to a 5% monthly fee and we will be unable to provide service until accounts are current.

3) Liability Waiver: EveryonesIT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of business, reduction of productivity, or cost associated with system downtime or electronic transmissions to the Client, any individual, and or third party business.
